The plans sound wonderful except for one thing: the lack of parking. How realistic is it to expect seniors to bike ride to the center? I have RH and yet would love to use the center. However, hopping on a bike or a trike is impossible for me. Even if I did bike to the center, I can't imagine my gnarled fingers coping with locking it to a bike rack. Further, should we ever get rain again, riding the busy Palo Alto streets in the rain would be hazardous.

To the planners: please consider that no all seniors are as fit in their late seventies and eighties as they were in their sixties and early seventies.
