I believe middlefield Rd will be closed to Encina (near RWC border), not Encinal.

I used to live in orinda, affectionately nicknamed potholeville, USA.
Honesty, very smooth roads encourage speeding, and I always felt the Orinda poteholes acted as a speed deterrent.
Most Atherton roads seem in pretty good shape to me. Atherton tax dollars would be better spent elsewhere.
