Alice really made a difference with out son. When I took him and a friend on the road to visit schools, she recommended one that wasn't even being considered. Talk about a bulls-eye. Really spoke to how well she knew our son, what he needed, and where he would thrive. It was the perfect fit and we have never looked back. Alice, thanks so much. As someone that is retiring in 6-8 months I won't dare say you shouldn't, but you will be missed and I hope whoever succeeds you has half the commitment and wisdom.

A generation of MA students was so fortunate to have a counselor with the knowledge and commitment that Alice brought every day. The number of students whose lives she positively impacted is too large to count. Hers will be a tough act to follow in this critical role.

Alice was a great resource for M-A students and was incredibly dedicated to helping them navigate the path after high school. We were lucky to have her wise and steady voice reassuring kids that they didn't need to take 8 AP classes, and to slow down, listen, think, and find your own way. She was also well thought of nationally, and brought figures like Frank Bruni of the NY Times to campus. Thank you Alice!
