Two 18-year-olds and two juveniles were arrested for allegedly pistol-whipping and robbing a man in unincorporated Redwood City on Wednesday night, the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office said.

Released juveniles to their parents. Lot of good that will do. Where do you think most kids learn their behavior in the first place?
