The correct name of the committee should read "ACTFORUS", not "ACTORS." Darn these computers that change names.
One of these things was a decade ago, and the sheriff has been reelected by San Mateo County twice in that decade. Another is a known gang member that had drugs and a contraband cell phone smuggled in by deputies.
Actors.
Actors, or political actors? Supporting a politician who couldn't even file his papers in time to get on the ballot.

The Munks incident was not a decade ago. It occurred in 2007, which makes it 8 years ago. I don't care how long ago this shameful and disturbing incident took place. It was never dealt with by the Supervisors and Mr. Munks was Never held accountable. As I recall, newspaper editorials urged voters to write in Mr. Lopez's name last year. Editorial boards still care.
A television station cared enough to bring up the Munks incident again just a few weeks ago.
I'd rather have a sheriff who filed his papers late than one who enters a brothel with underaged trafficked girls and then refuses to answer questions about his behavior.

7/22/2008 One year and 3 months after Sheriff Munks and Undersheriff Bolanos were caught and detained as customers of Human Trafficked Sext Slaves, I asked the Board of Supervisors to simply join me as Citizens and sign a copy of the letter I mailed 5/14/2007 to the Sheriff requesting him to resign or retire.

Just to give Actors a heads up, I filed my papers to seek the office of District 2 Supervisor in the last week of the 2014 election cycle.
The person who handles the paperwork gave me wrong information on all of the requirements.
This also happened to Deputy Juan Lopez! The difference between my situation, I had the time to get all of the paperwork.
Deputy Lopez' work schedule was 12 hours a day 7 days a week.
Dude worked 84 hours a week every week?
"working half days","Dude", I believe is Deputy Juan Lopez. Call the Sheriff's office and ask them direct.
The Actors were given a "heads up", by Mr. DePaula. It looks like Mr. DePaula also gave us a "heads up" on how he rolls.
Apparently one of the actors, Mark DePaula, makes a claim above about the hours worked by the accused, and then says DePaula won't offer any evidence to back up his own claim, that to check DePaula's claim, everyone should call the sheriff's office to verify DePaula's claim.
Mr. DePaula, you are running for District 2 Supervisor; when you make other claims, will they also require every voter to chase down the facts on your claims, or will you offer evidence to back up your random claims?

No trust from this voter.You can't just throw stuff out there against the wall and see if it sticks, and then expect to be elected by the public.

That is not true, there is no evidence that any Sheriff Deputy was involved in the smuggling. By the way there were 2 cell phones one is missing.
