Well what did anyone expect to happen, when Mr. Grady - after being found guilty of 15 prior felony convictions, receiving a 25-years-to-life sentence, only to be released early in 2003 after Californians approved changes that made the "three strikes" law more lenient? He comes back to our area, to rob homes of people, not knowing or caring if we are home or away. Now Mr. Grady has a new sentence of 25 years to life, and at age 61, he'll be about 86 when released - - - IF he isn't released early again - to return and commit more crimes. Mr. Grady, I hope you are kept off our streets, and out of our homes - for good this time.

Yes, he is not the brightest bulb in the criminal world. He apparently didn't learn anything in prison, don't drop cell phone, id, etc. He apparently is one who does life on the installment plan

And to be clear - he will not serve 25 years (or life) he will serve about 12 years and be out again. Our system allows those who offend to be rehabilitated and there are many on Alamanc board that suggest that we should work to treat them not put them in jail. So I suggest to those who feel prison is too much, invite him to your house after the 15 years and let me know how that goes
