Recently a poster (whom I will not name) stated that no police is better than the current police. Almanac left this quote up. I would argue that this is the definition of we need police. Think about your daughter in this situation and think about someone who is following her.... Maybe this guy is legit, although he should have notified her, but I would argue that a cop stopping someone who fits this is reasonable cause
