Woodside: Council makes appointment to architecture review board

In a 5-2 vote after 30 minutes or so of deliberation, a majority on the Woodside Town Council on Nov. 18 approved the appointment of resident Bruce Carlsmith to a brief term on the town's Architecture and Site Review Board.
