The Folger Mansion.
Always thought this awesome mansion not open to the public should be dedicated to the memory of Abigail Folger. Heard she was to return for her 26th birthday celebration at the Mansion but fell victim to Manson's crazed killers the night previous in Benedict Canyon, Los Angeles. Way too sad and unfair. Abigail likely would have inherited the Mansion and been seen on horseback along the shaded redwood lined lane from the house to the stables. That is what I think when I visit Wunderlich Park and that the Mansion should be forever linked to the Stables and bear Abigail's name. She had a rather bohemian lifestyle albeit highly educated and perhaps was misunderstood in the 60's. As it were she did not have enough time on earth to really find herself or the place she really deserves in our memory.
