This is very sad. A young life cut short, a child dumped like garbage to die alone. 16 year olds look like adults but have the decisionmaking capacity of adolescents. Some adult dropped the ball and this child ended up there.

You know it might have taken a brave act to get him to the Hospital. Very sorry for the loss of a child's life.
