There is, however, one area in which the website is lacking, and that is the transparency issue.
The District could easily post audio recordings of meetings, but refuses to do so. I have been posting them on my website.Web Link Also, monthly Cash Disbursement Journals, which are sent to Directors (along with the Check Register and Cash receipts) are not posted on the website. It would be trivial to make these available for "would be watchdogs" of the public purse.
