why can't water from the sewer treatment plant be used once processed. Can't be used for drinking but.......

how about menlo park for a change take seriously its commitment to climate change and a long term view? it's ridiculous to spend city funds on studying a proposal like this without first understanding how much water is in the aquifir, what is tapping into it, and what the future holds.
we can't keep blissfully ignoring that natural resources, especially water, are scarce

"Just say no" unless... every Menlo Park residential tax paying property owner is allowed to play Sharon Heights Golf Course, without being the guest of a member — and for a nominal 18 hole green fee similar to Crystal Springs (ie: $45). Heck, if our water is welcome on the golf course, why aren't we?
If not, perhaps the land needs to revert back to it's pre-1961 condition of empty rolling hills, dotted with a few roaming cows. Would that be so bad?
