Spartan Race 300 Workout Comes to Burgess Park

On Sunday February 16th from 9-11am hundreds converge on Menlo Park's central sports fields for a free community workout coached by renowned Spartan Race. This event offered in partnership with Menlo Swim and Sport gives adults and kids a chance to celebrate health and fitness and challenge themselves to become better humans. Community partners include Fleet Feet, Trader Joe's, and Sports Medicine Institute.
