A Menlo Park man was struck by a motorist in the early morning darkness at Stanford University on Wednesday, according to the California Highway Patrol and a witness.

This is a repeat of a story that ran its course already (with many comments on all possible issues) on Palo Alto Online.
Not news anymore. No need to publish it just to stir up some more community acrimony.
