Supervisors Approve 25 new jobs on Consent Agenda

where a single vote and NO discussion is needed. Of the 25 positions 2 of them are for supervisors to the 23 other positions. Its a shame we weren't able to have a discussion, maybe we could have eliminated those 2 positions with combining some existing positions. Total cost estimated to be $3.6 M with half refunded by Feds.
