==B Update:== A man in an electric wheelchair was struck and killed by a train on the Caltrain tracks in San Mateo on Thursday afternoon, an agency spokeswoman said.

Why is it impossible to get timely CalTrain alerts so those of us who are stuck on a stopped train can make alternate travel arrangements ???
