Service Tuesday for Charles Lee of Atherton

A funeral Mass will be celebrated for Charles Lee at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 19, at the Church of the Nativity, 210 Oak Grove Ave. in Menlo Park. Mr. Lee died, surrounded by his family, at his home in Atherton on June 9. He was 86.

I recall meeting Mr. Lee at Nativity-related events as well at St. Patrick's Seminary events. His life sounds fascinating. I hope that all the good memories and leadership he offered to his loved ones sustain them during this time. It was wonderful to read their acknowledgement of his caregivers - that's very rare in an obituary. May he rest in peace.
