Hopefully, someone knows the owners of a missing black/white, declawed, older male cat and will come forth. These owners obviously didn't care enough to report their cat (with NO identification and NO means of defending itself) to the Humane Society much less be willing to recognize the description of their own pet as a victim of this atrocious act. Shame on you -- I hope to God someone identifies you!
