District Attorney Drops Domestic Violence Charges Against Cop

Good Job to the Chief of Police.
The Hillsborough Police Department has a higher standard than our District Attorney. Police Officer Fritzsching no longer works for them, because of this.

Nothing unexpected here. Wagstaffe as well as his predecessor Jim Fox and his current deputy Karen Guidotti [portion deleted], all have a different system of law when applied to law enforcement versus the public paying the taxes.

I can assure you that if a non-cop in San Mateo County barged into his ex-girlfriend's home and pushed her into a stove, he would be criminally prosecuted.

Let's keep in mind there were TWO witnesses, the ex-girlfriend as well as her current date who was present in that home. In the article Wagstaffe hints the ex-girlfriend wasn't keen on testifying, but there was another witness.

This is just plain rotten.

Expected, says "This is just plain rotten."

I say this is San Mateo County with NO Oversight.

Pretty amazing difference between this case and the coach who got prosecuted for yelling at some kids who were banging a ball against his trailer.

Fritzsching predicted that Wagstaffe and Guidotti won't prosecute a cop, and he was right.

Why didn't Wagstaffe give this lecture to the reporter for the story about the domestic violence involving a cop?

His remark is also odd, unprofessional and immature.
