Sandy, I'm not sure what you mean by "chagrin of drivers" on Bike to Work Day. Despite being a bicycle commuter myself, I'm as critical of cyclists' behavior and attitude as anyone. Yet I've never noticed any unusual problems created by their increased numbers on Bike to Work Day.

I 100% agree w/ Max Crittenden. And besides thinking that the drivers might NOT be chagrined: they should be happier as there will be less cars on the road.
