Town Hall Meeting, indeed. No public was able to attend. Why weren't Newsome and Pilosi at work? What a sham!

Spending is up, gas prices are up, unemployment rate is up, the deficit is growing; the President's approval is down. Sure Facebook's CEO says he's OK with more taxes; how much does he make? What about the rest of us who are struggling through.

"Shared responsibility......" I don't see the President taking responsibility for some of the messes we have now.

I agree with Len -- not really a town meeting.

The President was at work at Facebook. Sorry if it doesn't meet your definition of a town hall. He has held others this week in other locations.

He was at work countering the republican passed budget plan that privatizes Medicare, adds 6 trillion in debt, requires a debt ceiling extension for that 6 trillion, cuts taxes by almost a third for millionaires and billionaires, gives more of our taxes as subsidies to the most profitable industry in the history of the world (exxon, etc..) and cuts support for the most vulnerable Americans (foodstamps.)

That's solid work. Nancy Pelosi voted against the GOP Ryan plan that the republicans PASSED.

Len & Joe: how would you vote? In poll after poll, the majority of America voters say NO.

Do you support the GOP Ryan plan that cuts taxes for billionaires while privatizing Medicare?
