Special congratulations should go to Renee Batti for being more fearless than other reporters on bigger papers in San Mateo County.
Good job, Renee!

Well done Almanac and staff.
A crucial element of good government is a high quality and skeptical newspaper - you fulfill that need.

I didn't see the San Mateo Daily Journal with 50,000 copies per day or the Palo Alto Daily Post listed at all, did I miss it?
Good Job Almanac

Great job Almanac. I know you take a fair amount of grief from some, but obviously it is not deserved.

Nice to see bravery rewarded here with some of your more recent hires. The Almanac has earned these honors the hard way--this is certainly not the easiest beat to cover. Good job Almanac. We should all be proud of you.
