A law that protects your cicil right to participate, to be informed, and meant to protect the citizens from abuse of government process is stupid?

It is important to note that this proposed State budget action would NOT change the fundamental requirements of the Brown ACT. At most it might permit some local governments who wish to keep their citizens in the dark from publicly posting their agendas but claiming the cost of doing so was an unfunded State mandate. All of the other elements of the Brown Act would remain in full force.

Dear Ed:
The exclamation "Doh!" was made popular in the television cartoon show The Simpsons. The poster named "Doh!" spelled it correctly.
Perhaps you should update your slang dictionary?
And, reasonable and intelligent people can disagree on the value of some aspects of The Brown Act.
