Again the Almanac is kind of slow. Yesterday another reader posted online here that Timothy Haight president of Menlo College since Dec 2070 would be leaving the college. The Almanac removed the post yesterday and also left this message on a 2nd posting by that citizen "we need to confirm it before we can post it." Ok why haven't you confirmed it yet Almanac. When are you going to finally investigate and report.
Well I'll do it for you.
A simple call to the college administration confirmed that he will be leaving Dec 31, 2010.
Now why don't you guys do your job and find out why he's leaving.
You'd think the local college president leaving would be considered important news.
Come on Almanac do your job - you're a news paper and that means investigate and report the news.
