Judge rejects defense argument in pornography case

The judge in the case of former newspaper editor Brian Bothun, who is facing charges of felony possession of child pornography, has rejected defense attorneys' arguments that the prosecution could not prove the people in the photos were children, according to a deputy district attorney.

When I read the file I saw 15 photos mentioned not 50.
Also the DA had them sealed. So nobody could see them tell if adults or children.

As it turns out the DA made a very generous offer to Mr. Bothun 1 day after a Atherton Police Officer testified in the Buckheit case that a fellow Officer committed a felony in the Buckheit case.

The Atherton Poklice Department is like the Canadian Mounties.

They always get their man. It may take a while, but they always do.
