any idea why Sequoia district is not included in the list of San Mateo county districts with active bonds & committees?
the Grand Jury report lists on 9 districts • San Mateo Union High School District • Millbrae Elementary School District • Las Lomitas Elementary School District • La Honda-Pescadero Unified School District • Jefferson Union High School District • Hillsborough City Elementary School District • Burlingame Elementary School District • Belmont-Redwood Shores School District • San Mateo County Community College District
and later states as Finding 1 that "All SMCo School Districts that have current Proposition 39 voter approved bonds have established COCs and bylaws for oversight committees as required by Proposition 39." However the Sequoia website lists more than $55M left to spend Web Link as of last August it states "By the end of June, $39.5 million of the initial sale of the Measure J bond was still on hand and, in July, another $40 million was received from a second issuance of the bond. A final bond issuance of $55 million is tentatively planned for 2015."
Did the grand jury miss something?
