I wish Chief Guerra the best of luck in cleaning up the Police Department. I am at his disposal as he works towards making the Police Department one that is worthy of the public trust once again.

Yup, I hear Guerra and Wagstaffe met today to discuss whether the two cops are going to be fired, criminally charged, or tarred and feathered. No doubt they'll hold them accountable.

"No doubt they'll hold them accountable."
sure they will. they still haven't done anything about the officer(s) that committed a felony. yep. I'm sure they're all over this. NOT.

I'll believe the "Guerra's a Taskmaster" post when I see a couple of folks changing from blue uniforms into orange jumpsuits.

Steve Wagstaffe for years has been sending daily e-mails to reporters.
I call it Stories that matter, from those who matter. by S.W.
Lets see if investigating 2 out of 12 APD Officers deserves an e-mail for news or not.

Sorry for coming into all these blogs so late in the game....can someone tell me who the Chief was at the time of Mr. Buckheit's arrest? I'm betting it wasn't Chief Guerra.... Why the criticism?
Give him the opportunity to clean it up....after all, this entire mess goes as far back as the days of Cader, Guluzy and the council at that time....

Ok Grimley, fair enough. Let's give Guerra a chance. He has been the chief since last November. In December one of his officers admitted the report had been falsified in court. What has Guerra done about it?
