I am also in possession of documentation including a contemporaneous account of the incident that I issued under oath, as well as internal Town e-mails that prove that this report is false.

this incident was widely reported in the press. there were many eyewitnesses. it looks as though former chief brennan is in a great deal of trouble. at least he won't have to go far when he is incarcerated. he is already working there.
