Great topic of interest to us Boomers and Beyond. I do wish events appeared sooner in The Almanac Express so we could plan to attend those of interest to us. There have been at least a dozen programs I would have attended had I known about them several days before they occurred. Maybe others feel the same way.

You gotta love research that promotes a political/developer agenda, in this case, dense housing along the train tracks and El Camino. No thanks. I don't know about you -- presumably you're all getting older too -- but I hope someday to have a home with more land and less noise, which is not at all what this particular faction is promoting.

Always ask yourself: who stands to profit?
