Obviously, this recidivist has only learned there is no accountability for his crimes as he has not served one complete sentence. Once he is out in half of the time for this crime, he will then be allowed to ruin more lives.

Where is the operation of the Three Strikes felony conviction law here? This worm needs to spend the rest of his sorry life in prison, so that he cannot further violate the lives of others.
