Apparently heeding calls to allow more public input into upcoming negotiations with employee unions, Menlo Park plans to solicit comments from residents following a presentation on the topic at the City Council meeting Tuesday, Sept. 22.

Get ready Menlo Park for another episode of stuffing money into the pockets of connected unions, courtesy of you, the taxpayer!

How hard is it really to fill these jobs? Are we using market salaries and benefits or some ridiculously inflated figure? If every job opening has many applicants, then it is obviously the latter...

The politicians help out the unions using citizens' money. The unions help elect the politicians. Everyone wins except the taxpayer. A perfect example of corruption in action.
