This proposal by the David Bohannon shows just how greedy a developer can become and why the City Council hasn't killed this off show how inept they are. Now being led by a City Manager, who seems to be bent on doing what he was doing down south, build build build.
It may be time to start thinking about a replacement. I believe his contract runs out next year.
