Forbes: Atherton home asking prices drop

Are there bargains to be had in the Atherton real estate market? Forbes, which ranks Atherton No. 2 on its list of "America's 500 Most Expensive ZIP Codes," reports that home asking prices have tumbled 23 percent in the town over the past year.

Interestingly, Woodside has a house on the market, and the real estate gossip is that there are a few very high priced homes coming onto the market.....
Once it starts, a lot of bank statements are going to be made public and that will bring in the deadly I.R.S.
