Why would he not be prosecuted in Cambodia? If the crime was committed in Cambodia they should prosecute and jail him. Why should the US pay millions to prosecute and jail him?
California is spending hundreds of millions if not billions to jail Central American citizens who commit crimes in California. If this is the standard then Mexico owes California billions.

All those cheap Gap, etc, clothes made in Cambodia, where US consumers saved mollions is the trade off for for the US having to pay to prosecute and incarcerate these freaks.

If Cambodia was capable of enforcing laws preventing the exploitation and rape of children, do you think it would be such a mecca for pedophile sex tourism? Do you want these people wandering loose, preying on children ANYWHERE in the world?
