Doctor convicted in Internet prescriptions case

A Colorado doctor accused of illegally prescribing anti-depressants to a Stanford student, and a resident of Menlo Park, who later committed suicide has been convicted of practicing medicine in California without a license.

This doctor has no remorse other than the fact that he finally had to answer to the court.

He was making a lot of money precribing drugs for this internet pharmancy company. You can't tell me that he cared for this boy as a patient. He had been sued before for malpractice and ethics violations, which is why he did not even have a license to write new prescriptions where he lived, much less in California.

If his heart has suffered because of this case, it is not because he cares about the harm he has done.
