Assuming that the massive economic stimulus package gets approved by Congress, will any of that money be headed to the Midpeninsula?

It's clear to see why little to no money has come to the San Francisquito JPA for the last 11 years. It's an entity that can't escape the perception that something sneaky is going on there.
