The city runs a budget deficit and the city manager gets a bonus? What's wrong with this picture? A bonus should be given for doing something beyond the basic job description and performance plan, which should include attaining a balanced budget. In our city, this means increasing revenue. We invested in an experienced city manager and in the business development function. While progress is being made, I'm looking for better results before bonuses are granted.

Is this a joke? He got a package valued at $250k his first year!!

Something should be done about this because this isn't right.

Same old stuff. Complain about a few thousand dollars but let the $10B train bond go through without a word. Clueless people.
