Funding Parks with sales tax is a cop-out by County Supervisors who lack the political courage to make tough choices. IMHO, failure of the Board to pursue revenue producing uses of vast holdings of public lands violates the public trust.
Since the Supes won't fund Parks from the 1% property tax, they should let voters decide the issue.
NO new taxes. Vote NO on"O"!
