Morrow's plea was against attorney's advice

Against the advice of his attorney, Joseph Eli Morrow, 59, formerly of Menlo Park, pleaded no contest today to second-degree murder in San Mateo County Superior Court for the 1991 killing of his wife.

I am one of Donna's sisters, and I would like to say thank you to the police department, the DA's office, the media and readers. Justice has been a long time coming...sometimes it felt as though it would never come to an end. Maybe now the closure our family so desperately needs will come.
