Rosotti's Alpine Inn to celebrate its 170th anniversary with Monday evening event

The Alpine Inn will host a celebration for its 170th anniversary on Monday, Feb. 28.

The beer garden will open up for the special occasion from 4 to 8 p.m. Staff will be pouring Pliny the Younger until it sells out.

The restaurant is normally closed on Mondays.

In 2020, the Alpine Inn reopened after an extensive and expensive remodel, with its management finding a solution for keeping the indoor-outdoor tavern in operation year-round: a tent over the outdoor seating area.

This fabulous renovation of Zotts--has made this venue the center of our community. It's such a wonderful place to gather. Great food, great setting and during COVID it's been so wonderful to be able to gather outside and be safe. It looks crowded from the parking lot, but even with the mass of cars, it takes just one hour from start to finish to get seated, sit town and get food and spend time if you'd like. Being together with so many neighbors is such a wonderful part of this. And I've been here for 35 years and although I came sometimes before, now I come all the time. Thank you to the Hunter's, Harman's and Kohlberg's and especially Lori (with all her endless hours!) for seeing the diamond in the rough and being willing to create such a wonderful loving spot! Then of course there's Sean Agoliati who along with his amazing staff makes this place run so smoothly and at such a quality experience. Of course Donny Dutra for your wonderful menu. THANK YOU ALL OF YOU!! xoxoJoAnn
