The fact that Woodside did not make the list is suspicious. How did Menlo Park and Redwood City make it? Not to mention several mtn view zip codes. Houses in Woodside are clearly more expensive than many of these cities.

This list was for zip codes not town boundaries. All of (incorporated) Woodside shares a zip code with a portion of Redwood City and Unincorporated Emerald Hills, that being 94062. This zip code was within the rankings but listed as Redwood City. Several towns/cities have multiple zip codes and thus show up multiple times...NYC, SF, San Jose, etc.

The rankings would likely be different if it was based off actual town boundaries versus zip codes that often don’t align with town borders. Towns such as Atherton will always rank high as there’s only one zip code exclusively used for parcels within the town boundary (with a few exceptions of unincorporated parcels with an Atherton SOI)
